Thermo Tech Mechanical Inc is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing service and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong diagnostic, repair and installation capabilities across a wide range of mechanical systems.
- 10 years of mechanical HVAC experience
- Proven ability to service maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems.
- Valid NYS Torch License (Certificate of Fitness FDNY)
- Experience working in:
Retail buildings
Office Buildings
High-end Residential homes
Mutli-family properties
Government facilities
- Hands-on experience with the following systems:
Roofing Units (RTU)
Split systems
VRF systems
Refrigeration systems
Compressors
PTAC Units
Pumps
Unit ventilators
Space heaters/convectors
Chilled water/hot water systems
VAV Systems & controls
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience

This position requires a highly skilled, self-motivated technician capable of working independently, night shifts, overtime, on call, interacting professionally with clients, and maintaining high standards of workmanship & safety.
Required qualifications:
