Job description:
$19/hr Starting + $500 Retention Bonus
25–40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri | 9AM–5PM
Part-Time with Full-Time Potential
Retention bonus paid in two installments:
- $250 after 30 days
- $250 after 90 days
Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing through each milestone date to qualify. Bonus eligibility is based on attendance, reliability, and job performance.

WHO WE ARE
Excess IT Hardware buys, refurbishes, and resells used electronics online. We ship computers, hard drives, servers, networking equipment, and other technology products daily through UPS and FedEx.
Accuracy matters here. One wrong shipment creates returns, damaged equipment, lost customers, and real financial loss. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and organized who takes pride in doing things correctly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role owns the daily pick-pack-ship process for online orders.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulling and verifying the correct items from inventory
- Carefully packing electronics for safe shipment
- Creating shipping labels in ShipStation
- Updating tracking information and completing shipments
- Photographing products for online listings
- Shelving inventory and maintaining organization
- Assisting with light hardware handling/disassembly
- Following written SOPs and shipping procedures precisely
This is an active warehouse role in a non-climate-controlled environment. Candidates should be comfortable working physically throughout the day in South Florida conditions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse shipping, or 3PL experience
- Experience packing and shipping real customer orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using shipping software and basic computer systems
- Able to work independently and follow written procedures
- Reliable communication and accountability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS
- eBay fulfillment
- ShipStation
- UPS / FedEx shipping
- Electronics handling
- Inventory systems
